Collins & Lacy Announces Christian Stegmaier as Voting Shareholder

[COLUMBIA, S.C.] Collins & Lacy, PC is pleased to announce that attorney Christian Stegmaier has been named a senior shareholder of the South Carolina firm.

Stegmaier’s practice focus includes retail and hospitality liability defense, appellate advocacy, premises liability, and complex litigation. Additionally, he has extensive experience in white collar criminal defense and state healthcare regulatory issues. Prior to joining Collins & Lacy, he was law clerk to The Honorable Ralph King Anderson, Jr., Judge of the South Carolina Court of Appeals.

Stegmaier earned his undergraduate degree in political science from The University of South Carolina. In addition to his law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law, he also earned a masters degree in public health administration from the University of South Carolina School of Public Health.

Stegmaier is an active member of the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys Association, the Defense Research Institute, the South Carolina Association of Convenience Stores, the Hospitality Association of South Carolina, and the Global Association of Hospitality Attorneys. He is admitted to practice in South Carolina, the U.S. District Court, District of South Carolina, and the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals.
