Law Clerk Rachel Ratajczak Joins Collins & Lacy

Collins & Lacy, P.C. is pleased to announce that Rachel Ratajczak has been selected as a law clerk for our Columbia, SC office in 2024.

Preparing for her third year of law school at the Mercer University School of Law, Ratajczak is Lead Articles Editor for the Mercer Law Review and a member of the Phi Delta Phi Honors Society. Further, she was recognized as the Outstanding Senior in Law and Public Policy.

Ratajczak served as an extern for the Honorable Thomas Q. Langstaff, Magistrate Judge, U.S. District Court, Middle District of Georgia. She was an extern at the Speaker’s Office for the Georgia General Assembly House of Representatives and has clerked at other firms as well.

A bright future ahead for her, she will work with some of South Carolina’s sharpest attorneys at Collins & Lacy this summer. She’s already hitting the ground running, attending site visits with our attorneys, authoring blog posts on subjects that interest her, and drafting legal research to assist with our cases.
