[COLUMBIA, S.C.] Collins & Lacy, P.C. is pleased to announce that the firm will serve as the signature sponsor of the 2009 WACH Fox 57 Toys for Tots Holiday Toy Drive. Collins & Lacy is teaming up with WACH Fox 57 and local Honda dealers to encourage Columbia area residents to “Pack a Pilot” with toys this holiday season!
This is the second year that Collins & Lacy will serve as the signature sponsor for the WACH Fox 57 Toy Drive in Columbia. Toys for Tots is the national project of the U.S. Marine Corps Reserves. The primary goal of the program is “to deliver, through a new toy at Christmas, a message of hope to less fortunate youngsters that will assist them in becoming responsible, productive, patriotic citizens.” Collins & Lacy firm members will be on hand at several locations throughout the city during December to receive toys for the toy drive including:
- Friday, Dec. 4 from 12 to 2 p.m. at Walgreens (175 Forum Drive off Clemson Road).
- Monday, Dec. 7 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Belk (100 Columbiana Circle at Columbiana Centre Mall).
- Wednesday, Dec. 9 from 12 to 2 p.m. at Walgreens (4467 Devine Street in Columbia).
“This is a truly a rewarding project in which our firm members enjoy participating”, offered Gray Culbreath, managing shareholder of Collins & Lacy. He added, “It is a small, yet effective way for each person in our firm to assist in a national effort that benefits needy children.” Collins & Lacy encourages community members to bring their unwrapped toy donations to one of the above locations at the designated times.
