Collins & Lacy Shareholder Christian Stegmaier to Present at SC PRIMA 2011 Conference

On Monday, March 7, 2011, Collins & Lacy, PC attorney Christian Stegmaier will present at the SC PRIMA 2011 Conference.

The presentation, Understanding the SC Tort Claims Act (Let the good times roll), is aimed at explaining the South Carolina Tort Claims Act to help attendees understand the risk and exposures of their entity under the Act. 

The one hour seminar is 1:00 p.m. – 2:15 p.m. at the  Westin Poinsett Hotel in Greenville.

Christian Stegmaier is a shareholder of Collins & Lacy and Chair of the Firm’s Retail/Hospitality/Entertainment Practice Group.  Stegmaier also is Professor of Hotel & Restaurant Law at the College of Hospitality, Retail & Sport Management at the University of South Carolina. He is the founder of the South Carolina Retail and Hospitality Law Blog, which is a blog for retailers and hospitality-related entities doing business in South Carolina.

The purpose of South Carolina chapter of PRIMA is to increase the proficiency of risk, insurance and benefits in government and other public entities through education and networking.
