Collins & Lacy Celebrates 25th Anniversary with Book Donation to Chapin Memorial Library
[MYRTLE BEACH, S.C.] – As part of the Firm’s 25th Anniversary, Collins & Lacy, P.C. recently made a donation of 25 books to the Chapin Memorial Library in Myrtle Beach .
Collins & Lacy recently expanded to the Myrtle Beach area with the opening of the new office in Surfside Beach in 2008. “We are excited about our new office in Surfside and are pleased to make this donation to Chapin Memorial Library as part of our anniversary celebration and our commitment to the Grand Strand,” said Will Bryan, shareholder with Collins & Lacy. The Chapin Memorial Library, together with the Firm, selected a variety of books relating to legal subject matters, as well as South Carolina history. “As ‘Attorneys Who Know,’ we hope that this book donation will help our friends along the Grand Strand learn about the legal system, as well as our wonderful state,” said Stan Lacy, founding shareholder.
The book project was announced at the Firm’s anniversary reception held in March at the South Carolina State Museum, in Columbia. Firm members gathered with clients, community leaders, and fellow attorneys to celebrate the firm’s 25th anniversary. The firm has also made donations to libraries in Columbia and Greenville, where the firm has other offices.
