About Joseph McCue
Joey serves in an “Of Counsel” role at Collins & Lacy. Joey’s practice primarily focused on construction, premises liability, and pesticide litigation. In his construction work, he defended developers, general contractors, and subcontractors with million dollar exposure and works to resolve these cases through trial and mediation. He also represented Chick-fil-A and its operators in litigation involving product and premises liability claims. In addition, Joey’s former job experience in the pest control industry provided a hands-on perspective to litigation claims. Joey is experienced in pesticide application and inspections as well as substructure repair, and he is skilled in defending licensed pest control operators in wood infestation and structural substructure repair claims.
Prior to joining Collins & Lacy in 1997, Joey served as a law clerk for the Honorable Paula H. Thomas. He also has 10 years of combined experience in sales and as a business owner. His reputation in the courtroom and professional standing as an attorney are highly rated by his peers, according to Martindale-Hubbell.
