Gray Culbreath, managing shareholder of the firm, is being recognized for his work in Personal Injury Defense: Products. Additionally, he conducts an active appellate practice for his regional and national clients. Mr. Culbreath received his undergraduate degree from Wofford College. He is an active member of the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel and the International Association of Defense Counsel. He is a member of Lawyers for Civil Justice and the Defense Research Institute and serves as Treasurer for the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys Association. Jack Griffeth, Of Counsel to the firm, has been selected for his practice in Alternative Dispute Resolution. He has been certified as a mediator by the South Carolina Bar and speaks frequently on the subject of mediation. He is a summa cum laude graduate of Wofford College where he earned his degree in Liberal Arts. He received his Juris Doctor from Duke University. Mr. Griffeth is a member of the International Association of Defense Council and has been selected for membership in Outstanding Lawyers of America. He is the past president of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Council. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute and the South Carolina Defense Trial Lawyers Association.
