Collins & Lacy, P.C. seeks a litigation associate attorney to support several of the firm’s practice groups to include Retail & Hospitality and Professional Liability, as well as potentially Trucking Defense and/or Construction. The position will be based in the firm’s Myrtle Beach office.
Qualifications:
A successful candidate will have 3 to 5 years of civil defense litigation experience along with an excellent academic record. Strong legal research and written advocacy skills are necessary. Appellate or trial court clerkship preferred. Licensed to practice in South Carolina. Veterans are especially invited to apply.
To be successful in this role, the attorney will be capable of analyzing large amounts of information, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial. The cases handled are statewide.
