Collins & Lacy, P.C. is pleased to announce that Jack D. Griffeth was recently honored by the South Carolina Bar Foundation for his individual lifetime contributions promoting recognition at the Liberty Legacy level.
The South Carolina Bar Foundation passed a resolution honoring Jack for his dedication and support of the Foundation outlining his contributions including: 1) his advisory role and friendship to the Foundation, 2) his example of encouragement to others to choose the Foundation as a vehicle for philanthropy, and 3) his profound impact on improving the administration of justice in South Carolina. The South Carolina Bar Foundation is the philanthropic arm of the South Carolina Bar. Its mission is to fund the advancement of justice by improving, access, education and accountability.
Jack is Of Counsel to Collins & Lacy, and practices in the areas of Employment Law and Mediation. Jack has been certified as a mediator by the South Carolina Bar and speaks frequently on the subject of mediation. He is a member of the International Association of Defense Council and has been selected for membership in Outstanding Lawyers of America. He is the past president of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Council, and a member of the South Carolina Self-Insurer’s Association. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute and the South Carolina Defense Trial Lawyers Association. Jack has been selected for inclusion in both Super Lawyers and Best Lawyers and is considered one of South Carolina’s preeminent attorneys, according to Martindale Hubbell.
