Collins & Lacy Managing Partner to Present During the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel 2011 Winter Meeting

Collins & Lacy, P.C. Managing Partner Gray T. Culbreath is a panelist during the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC) 2011 Winter Meeting.

The Wednesday March 2, 2011 panel discussion is entitled, “Class Action Soup with a Side of MDL: Defendant Classes, Electronic Privacy, and Bellwether Plaintiff.”

It will include lively discussion regarding the ins-and-outs of trying the Bellwether case in an MDL, prosecuting and defending when there is a defendant class, and electronic privacy concerns in employment class actions. Culbreath is one of three panelists contributing to the discussion.

Gray Culbreath’s Collins & Lacy practice focus includes products liability, class action litigation, transportation litigation, business and commercial litigation and professional negligence claims. Culbreath is the 2011 president of the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys’ Association(SCDTAA). He previously served as secretary, treasurer and president-elect.
