We love that you’re already here reading our Workers’ Comp blog, so before I go any further, let me say thank you for reading. But, there’s more where this came from. Collins & Lacy has five blogs in the blogosphere, three of which provide a myriad of information and updates on workers’ comp law, products liability and hospitality law in South Carolina. We also have two other blogs by two of our attorneys who hold some pretty prominent positions within the S.C. legal world. Here’s a quick rundown of it all.
1) The Retail & Hospitality Law Blog is maintained by shareholder Christian Stegmaier. It is a blog for retailers and hospitality-related entities doing business in South Carolina. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in the law and marketplace that affect you and your business in the Palmetto State.
2) The SC Products Liability Law Blog has a wealth of info. This blog is meticulously maintained by Brian Comer, the chair of the products liability practice group at Collins & Lacy P.C. Visit it often to find out the latest updates on industry happenings. It can prove to be an excellent resource for anyone with a knowledge of, or trying to increase knowledge of the products liability realm. This site also provides forecasts into the industry and tips acquired while practicing law.
3) Jack Griffeth: A Man With a Stamp on Life and Law is the blog maintained by Jack Griffeth of Collins & Lacy’s Greenville office. The commentary is colorful and informative. It provides current information on law in the Palmetto State from his perspective, as well as an abundance of information about the Greenville Bar Association, of which Jack is the 2011 President. You can also find out about Jack’s stamp, which he uses to brand his personal communications with friends, family and colleagues.
4) And finally, In His Defense: The Adventures of Gray Culbreath, has the musings of Collins & Lacy’s Managing Partner Gray Culbreath. He’s a husband, father of three, youth girls basketball coach, globe-trotter and the President of the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys’ Association. Here you can find “where Gray is,” stumble upon scores of Wofford athletics, and even find reactions and personal commentary on SCDTAA meetings and other trial defense information. It’s his blog and his adventures, in his own words.
