The February 9, 2011 advanced level program goes beyond the basics of workers’ compensation and will be of value to those professionals who want to optimize their knowledge of these issues. During this strategic course, Boesl will educate attendees on the ethical obligations within workers’ compensation law.
Boesl is a shareholder and chair of the Collins & Lacy Employment Practice Group. His practice focus includes both employment law and workers’ compensation law. Boesl’s work concentrates in state court, Federal District Court and the Workers’ Compensation Commission. He also maintains an active practice pursuing alternative dispute resolution for his clients.
