Kevin Maroney practices in the Construction Practice Group.

A graduate of the Joseph F. Rice School of Law at the University of South Carolina, Kevin’s legal background includes trial and appellate work in State and Federal courts, including the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina, the South Carolina Administrative Law Court, the South Carolina Court of Appeals, and the South Carolina Supreme Court.

In addition to his law degree, Kevin holds an undergraduate degree from Wofford College and a master’s degree from the University of Dallas.

Kevin has played most sports throughout the years and has two fond memories from his high school football team. First, he was selected as captain of the team his senior year; and second, beating their archrival high school, which had not been accomplished in a decade. At the University of Dallas, he enjoyed playing on the rugby team.

Outside of the law firm Kevin enjoys life with his wife Kate and four children, three girls and one boy.
