Knowledgeable in the field of college and university law, Collins & Lacy has an experienced team of attorneys who are well-versed in the full range of legal issues faced by institutions of higher learning.  The Collins & Lacy College & University Practice Group features an attorney who serves as General Counsel to several area universities.

Our College & University Practice Group is well acquainted with the issues facing educational institutions. Key issues for education clients include faculty concerns, tenure, employee relations, administrative matters, student affairs, constitutional issues, procurement requirements, premises liability, foreign study, and litigation. These issues, along with OCR investigations and athletic issues, such as NCAA investigations, often present colleges and universities with a unique set of challenges that require experienced legal counsel in a variety of areas.
