Fairness, objectivity, and knowledge of the law provides the Collins & Lacy’s Mediation Team with a distinctive reputation in South Carolina’s legal community.  Our distinguished team of certified mediators includes a former South Carolina Circuit judge with 11 years on the bench, and a seasoned defense attorney with 30 years experience trying cases.

Our accomplished team has a broad range of mediation experience and is well-versed in many areas of the law including commercial litigation, workers' compensation, business, construction, and products liability.
