Suzanne B. Cole Appointed to Board of Commissioners of Spartanburg Housing Authority

[GREENVILLE, SC]  Collins & Lacy, P.C. is pleased to announce that Suzanne Boulware Cole has been appointed to the Board of Commissioners of the Spartanburg Housing Authority.

The Spartanburg Housing Authority (SHA) is committed to providing quality affordable housing in healthy neighborhoods through partnerships with other residents and groups, fostering neighborhood redevelopment and opportunities for those it serves to achieve self-sufficiency. SHA receives funding through the Federal Housing and Urban Development Department (HUD) to administer the Section 8 and Public Housing Program, as well as a host of other initiatives.

Suzy is a shareholder practicing in Workers’ Compensation.    She received her undergraduate degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the University of South Carolina Honors College, prior to earning her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law.   She is a member of the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Educational Association, the Defense Research Institute, and the South Carolina Self-Insurers Association.   She is also an active member of the Junior League of Spartanburg, working primarily with the Family Connections program.
