Collins & Lacy Welcomes Charles L. Appleby, IV

[COLUMBIA, S.C.] Collins & Lacy, PC is pleased to announce that Charles L. Appleby, IV has joined the firm as an associate in the practice areas of Complex Defense Litigation, Construction Defect Litigation, and Employment Law. 

Charles was a cum laude graduate from The University of Florida in 2004, earning his degree in Finance.  He graduated from The University of South Carolina School of Law in 2007.  While in law school, Charles served as a law clerk for Collins & Lacy and served as the University of South Carolina Student Bar Association President.  He was a student member of the John Belton O’Neall Inn of Court and the University of South Carolina Law School Advocates.  He initiated the inaugural University of South Carolina School of Law Career Week and was awarded the Susan V. “Gina” Johnston Award.
