Insurance companies and self-insured businesses often experience the need for legal representation on coverage disputes and other insurance-related matters.  Although insurance policies set forth outlines of coverage, often  situations arise where it is unclear whether a policy covers a claim.  In some situations, it may be best to avoid litigation and settle the claim through mediation.  In other instances, however, the best solution may be to take the case to trial.
