Lee Floyd is an associate practicing in insurance coverage, products liability, commercial transportation and professional negligence. He also performs pro-bono work for the office of the South Carolina Attorney General, serving as a special prosecutor in criminal domestic violence prosecutions. Lee graduated from Wofford College, and he received his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina. While in law school, he served on the Editorial Board for the South Carolina Law Review and participated in Moot Court. He also won the Roberts’ Most Outstanding Research Paper Award. Lee worked as a law clerk for Collins & Lacy prior to joining the firm in 2007.

- Insurance Coverage: representing American and international insurance companies in litigation involving coverage disputes, first party claims, commercial liability and errors and omissions with an emphasis on bad faith claims.
- Products Liability: representing regional and national clients in the following industries -- pharmaceuticals/medical devices, heavy equipment, buses/automotive, consumer products, building materials, firearms, chemicals, food products and sporting goods.
- Commercial Transportation: representing local, regional and national trucking interests, owner-operators, charter bus operators, loggers and insurers of such entities, in litigation venues throughout South Carolina.
- Professional Negligence Claims: representing physicians, architects, engineers, lawyers, insurance agents and other professionals against claims of malpractice and other disputes arising from the practice of their respective fields.
