Andrew N. Cole

Andrew Cole is a shareholder practicing in construction law, defense litigation, appellate advocacy, personal injury, complex litigation, and premises liability.  Prior to joining Collins & Lacy in 2002, Andrew served as a staff attorney for the South Carolina Court of Appeals and as a law clerk for the Honorable Jasper M. Cureton. 

Practice Focus/Trial Experience

• Construction Law, defense of developers, general contractors, and subcontractors on construction liability actions.  Inspection of properties with experts concerning liability cases. Class Action Litigation involving construction issues and damages, including lost-use claims
• Appellate Advocacy, draft of appeals, case preparation, and internal advisor on appellate cases
