Robert F. Goings

Robert Goings joined Collins & Lacy as an associate in 2006.  Robert practices in civil litigation involving business torts, employment law, healthcare litigation, defective products, professional malpractice, “bad faith” insurance claims, catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death claims, and criminal defense.  During law school, Robert clerked almost fulltime at Collins & Lacy, participated in Moot Court, and served as an editor of the Southeastern Environmental  Law Journal.
