Attorney Brian Comer to Present at National Business Institute Seminar, “South Carolina Update: Product Liability Law”

Collins & Lacy, P.C. attorney and Products Liability Practice Group Chair Brian Comer has been selected as a presenter for the National Business Institute’s (NBI) South Carolina Update: Product Liability Law seminar.   Brian will be the featured speaker at the live teleconference which is scheduled for October 11, 2012 from 11:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. (EDT).

This 90 – minute products liability refresher will explore the current trends and developments affecting products liability law in South Carolina, review the state and federal laws that affect this practice area, as well as examine recent court decisions that impact South Carolina products liability cases.  The teleconference is available to practicing attorneys in South Carolina and a detailed outline may be found on the NBI website.
